Python is a programming language that contains operators, variables, and functions that can be used on a server to create web applications.

If/else statement

The if statement is written using the if keyword which tests conditions of a statement. The else keyword tests whether the the preceding conditions have been met.

Example

If b > a:

print("b is greater than a")

else:

print("a is greater than b")
