Dr. Amos B. Smith, III is a prominent [...]]]> I was approached by Dr. Amos B. Smith, III to create a new website for his research lab.  At the time his website was outdated and needed to be completely overhauled.  It was very important to Dr. Smith that the new website be professional looking.

Dr. Amos B. Smith, III is a prominent figure in the field of organic chemistry.  As such, he has published over six hundred publications and has had over two hundred past members in his research group, all which must be listed on his website.   Due to this vast amount of content it was essential to use a content management system to organize the data.  It was decided that we would use Drupal to stay within the requirements of his University.

On top on having a new professional look, Dr. Smith’s website also has an easy-to-use management console where new publications, group members and news content can easily be added.  Also, since learning a new system like Drupal can be difficult, we designed step-by-step tutorials on how to manage each of the different types of content as well as tutorials for how to perform general administrative tasks.
